What does "Made to Order" mean?

Our items are made just for you! That means they are not printed or woven until you order them. Once you place an order, the item is sent to production, printed/woven, then shipped to you.

When will my order get shipped?

Since some of our products are made to order, it will take 2-7 business days for your order to process before shipment occurs. This does not include shipping time.

Once your order is processed and ready to ship, we ship the item to the address provided using the shipping option chosen at checkout. Details about estimated shipping times by method and location can be found here.

Why does the ink on the shirt smell weird?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to help.

We unfortunately won’t be able to make any adjustments once the order goes into production.

How do I choose the right shirt size?

There are size chart links located on every product page. Just click on the “Size Chart” link to the right of the photo to get measurements for each shirt. See our fit and size guide here.

Most of our short sleeve t-shirts are a classic, relaxed fit. They are great for tucking in or tying up above the waistline. We suggest ordering true to size for a relaxed fit, sizing up for an oversized look, or sizing down by one for a fitted tee.

What Are Your Washing and Care Instructions?

T Shirts: Our tees are incredibly durable and made to last through repeated washings. To keep them looking their best, we suggest washing them on a delicate cycle in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry on low setting, or hang-dry.

Sweatshirts: Our sweatshirts are super durable and made to last. Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors to keep them looking best. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low setting, or hang-dry. Cool iron inside-out if necessary.

Totes: Our totes are ultra durable and washer-friendly, but its best to avoid the dryer. We suggest washing them on a delicate cycle in cold water and laying them flat to air-dry.

Ceramic Mugs: All of our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe, but suggest washing on the top shelf to keep it looking great.

Blankets: Machine wash with cold water, and then tumble dry on low.
