        Shipping - Made to Order

        All apparel items marked "Made to Order" (indicated in the product description) Processing takes 2-8 business days for standard shipments. Most orders ship out within 6 business days. All orders ship Monday through Friday. Shipping transit times are additional.

        Woven Blankets- These are made to order, usually within 4-8 business days. Products are woven and shipped from North Carolina. Business days are Monday-Friday, 9-5pm and do not include US holidays. Shipping transit times are additional.

         

        Shipping - In-House Items

        If your item is already made, we have it stored at our facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. In-house items ship out within 1-3 business days. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at info@jollypthon.com


        Cancellations + Changes

        Need to change your address? Need to cancel? Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to help.

        We unfortunately won’t be able to make any adjustments once the order goes into production.

        We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. If order tracking shows your item(s) as "Delivered", order will not be refunded or replaced. You will have to contact your local post office or shipping facility and file a lost/stolen mail claim. 

        If your order is delivered to a post office, pick-up day is not factored into expedited shipment times, as this may take one additional business day.
